TOUR PRICE
The tour prices quoted in the brochures are subject to change without prior notice. All Best Adventure will confirm all prices before you book your holiday. Your holiday dossier will indicate what is and what is not included in the tour price. Flights to and from Bangkok are NOT included in the cost of the tours in the brochures, flights will need to be arranged separately.

PAYMENT
Deposit: A deposit amounting to 30% of the total cost of the tours, together with a signed Booking Form, is needed to confirm the tours.
Final Payment: The balance is due a minimum of 30 days prior to your departure. *For bookings made less than 30 days prior to your departure, payment is required in full. (*See Late Bookings)

Only upon receipt of the cancellation advice will the cancellation procedure be put into effect.
Cancellations made outside 45 days prior to the departure date deposits will be returned less any expenses incurred, unless deposits were stated as non-refundable at the time of booking.
Cancellations made between 45 and 30 days prior to the departure date - deposits are not refundable.
Cancellations made between 45 and 30 days prior to the departure - a charge of 50% of the total cost of the tour will apply.
Cancellations made inside 45 days - a charge of 1OO% of the cost of the All Best Adventure tour will apply.
These cancellation conditions should be covered by your travel insurance.

INDEMNITY AND LIABILITY
Any All Best Adventure tour is potentially hazardous due to the nature of the tour packages, and it is essential that all lawful directions and advice of the All Best Adventure operators be followed. All Best Adventure company acting on its behalf, accept no responsibility for any illness, accident or loss whatsoever incurred in the course of the All Best Travel tour or for any expense from such illness, accident or loss.

ALTERATION OF ALL BEST ADVENTURE
All Best Adventure company acting on its behalf, reserves the right to withdraw any tours, eliminate any feature or alter the itinerary, should local conditions necessitate.

INSURANCE
It is a booking requirement that all travelers take out comprehensive travel insurance. This should be done at the time your booking is confirmed and your deposit paid. All clients should be fully insured against accident, all medical eventualities, repatriation, cancellation, curtailment and default.
All Best Adventure or any tour company acting on its behalf, cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to baggage and personal effects, this should be covered by your travel insurance policy.

LATE BOOKINGS
A Late Booking is deemed when you contact us 30 days or less prior to the date or day you are wanting to travel. We will attempt to accommodate any late bookings, subject to a non refundable payment of $150US. Upon you booking the tour this charge is deducted from the total cost of your tour.

PASSPORT AND VISAS
It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that all passport and visa requirements are fulfilled prior to departure.
Passports must have at least 6 month validity from the date of your RETURN from Kingdom Of Thailand.

HEALTH
All guests must understand that while a high level of fitness is not required, a measure of physical activity is involved in all tours.
It is the responsibility of clients to advise us prior to departure of any specific medical conditions. Anti-malaria precautions must be taken, and these are the sole responsibility of the client. Consult your doctor or pharmacist.

AIRLINE RESPONSIBILITY
The airline concerned is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time the guests are not on board their aircraft. The passenger tickets issued by the airline, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of these tickets and/or passengers.

RESPONSIBILITY
Neither All Best Adventure nor any person acting for, through or on behalf of the All Best Adventure shall be liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever arising from any cause whatsoever and without restricting the generality of the foregoing shall particularly not be responsible for loss or damage arising from any errors or omissions contained in these pages or any other literature, late of non-confirmation or acceptance of bookings, loss or damage caused by delays, sickness, injury or death, whether occasioned by negligence or not. The person making any booking will, by the making of such booking, warrant that he or she has authority to enter into a contract on behalf of the other person/s included in such a booking and in the event of the failure of any or all of the other persons so included
to make payment, the person making the booking shall by his/her submission of the booking form assume personal liability for the total price of all bookings made by him/her.

Some tours companies will demand that you agree to their terms and conditions as well as to the terms and conditions already listed above, also their cancellation procedures may also alter, in such case their conditions will apply and supercede the terms and conditions of All Best Adventure Company Limited.
